Tuesday, March 17 from 12 – 12:30 p.m. – meets in the Stretching Area
Join us for our weekly member running club to learn tips and tricks to keeping up with a running routine! The group meets in the Coors Fitness Center stretching area.
- Bench Press Competition
Saturday, March 21 from 10 – 11 a.m. in the Weight Area
This event will encourage friendly competition amongst members in the strength training zone. Sign up required at the Coors Fitness Center front desk.
