Daily Workouts BannerKeep fit with a different work out every day from our staff! Here are the daily workouts for December 8 – December 14, 2014.

We always recommend that you stretch and complete a five-minute warm-up before and a five-minute cool-down after every workout.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 8 – Workout – Mini Workouts

Details: Complete four sets of the following exercise with the given reps for each:

  • Bodyweight row: 5-10-15-20
  • Sumo dead lift high pull: 8-8-8-8
  • Pull-ups: 16-12-8-4

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9 – Two Exercises Only

Details: Complete four sets of the following exercises:

  • Run: 1/4 mile
  • Push-ups: max reps

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10 – 5-7-12 Bodyweight

Details: Complete as many sets as possible in 20 minutes:

  • Burpee (with push-ups): 5 reps
  • Jump squats: 7 reps
  • Sit-ups: 12 reps

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11 – Total Body Workout

Details: Complete 4 sets of 10 reps per exercise with 30 seconds rest between each exercise:

  • Jump squats (with medicine ball toss)
  • Dumbbell dead lift
  • Standing overhead press
  • Push-ups
  • Medicine ball seated twist
  • Burpees

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12 – Run, Work, Run, Work

Details: Complete two sets of the following exercises:

  • Run: 1/2 mile
  • Push-ups: as many as possible
  • Run: 1/4 mile
  • Squats: 1 minute

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13 – 10-20-30 Workout

Details: Complete four sets of the following exercises:

  • Inchworm push-ups: 10 reps
  • Jump squats: 20 reps
  • Sit-ups: 30 reps

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14 – Test Your Legs

Details: Complete the following exercises:

  • March in Place: 3 minutes (about 360 steps)
  • Jumping Jacks: 60 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Jumping Jacks: 60 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Squats: 30 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Squats: 30 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Squats: 30 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Squats: 30 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Jumping Jacks: 60 reps
  • March: 1 minute
  • Jumping Jacks: 60 reps
  • March: 2 minutes
