Daily Workouts BannerKeep fit with a different work out every day from our staff! Here are the daily workouts for November 24 – November 30, 2014.

We always recommend that you stretch and complete a five-minute warm-up before and a five-minute cool-down after every workout.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24 – Cardio Workout

Details: Complete the following exercises:

  • Run: 1/4 mile
  • Jump squats: 100 reps
  • Row: 1000 meters

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25 – Bodyweight Workout

Details: Complete five sets of the following exercises:

  • Sprint: 90 seconds
  • Sumo burpees: 10 reps
  • Push-ups: 10 reps

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26 – Full-Body Workout

Details: Complete one set of the following exercises:

  • Squats: 150 reps
  • Push-ups: 75 reps
  • Lunges: 50 reps
  • Sit-ups: 25 reps
  • Burpees: 15 reps
  • Inchworm push-ups: 10 reps

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27 – Four Sets

Details: Complete four sets of the following exercises:

  • Run: 1/4 mile
  • Walking Lunges: 20 reps
  • Burpees (w/ push ups): 10 reps

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 28 – Bodyweight Arms

Details: Complete six sets of the following exercises:

  • Sumo dead lift high pull: 10 reps
  • Dips: max possible

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29 – Legs, Arms, Run

Details: Complete three sets of the following exercises:

  • Jumping lunges: 10 reps
  • Clapping push-ups: 10 reps
  • Run: 1/4 mile

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30 – 100 Time It

Details: Complete 100 reps of each of the following exercises in the quickest time possible:

  • Push-ups
  • Jump squats
