Event Details

This class uses an interval style format and combines strength, flexibility and mobility exercises inspired by both ballet and traditional strength building. This class is a fun and dynamic way to change up your strength days by adding in mobility-based strength training to help your joints. While the barre will occasionally be used, this class is more about gaining the strength, flexibility and mobility of a ballet dancer than doing ballet or traditional barre exercises.
