Event Details

This challenging class combines cycling and strength training into a one-hour class. Classes start with a warm up and are followed by 30 minutes of simulated cycling terrain (rolling hills, flays and mountain peaks). Instructors will teach various positions and alignment to bring focus on core strengthening and isolation of muscle groups. After five minutes of cool down and light stretching, the remaining 10 minutes feature circuit training.
