Pilates is a systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns that strengthens and lengthens muscles of the body with the primary focus being the muscles of the core and lower back. Our Pilates classes are designed around the students attending that particular day and can consist of a Mat Pilates or more traditional Pilates.
