Event Details

This class is designed for participants who have been practicing yoga for some time and are familiar with a number of different poses and the terminology. Terminology includes: Downward Dog, Pigeon, Crow, Ujjayi, Bow, Plough, Bridge, Mountain, Triangle and Upward Facing Dog. We strongly encourage you to not attend this class if you are new to yoga.
