Weight lifting meets yoga! Combining free weights and cardio with power yoga, this class helps you build strength, tone and lean out muscles, increase your cardio endurance and boost your metabolism. Set to upbeat music, intensify your power yoga practice with the addition of free weights and strength training exercises like lunges, bicep curls, pushups, squats and core with short cardio bursts. Bring plenty of water, a towel and your yoga mat. Weights are be provided.
