Eric Short photo

Eric Short

Eric Short is a lifelong cycling fanatic. He began riding his bike as a young man for practical reasons (transportation) and as he became more intrigued with bikes, he realized there was a direct correlation between equipment and one’s ability to perform. His father bought him a fancy Schwinn Continental, and his love affair with cycling began.

Eric eventually became interested in triathlons. The time commitment to train was a challenge, so he began to focus his energy on efficient training and not volume training. Eventually, he became a team director where he evaluated race team members and began to lead team rides on the road and mountain. He has raced in many disciplines: 24 hour events, triathlons, road races, cycle cross, mountain bike, tandem and time trials. He has learned to break down the sequence of training necessary for each of these disciplines.

He is passionate about building a specific goal-oriented program in correlation to the individual physical components that need focus and improvement. Eric loves cycling and enjoys sharing his love for the sport with others.
Jake Renaud photo

Jake Renaud

Jake actively participates in recreational marathons and half marathons. He completed the 2019 Colfax Marathon with only two months of training. Jake specializes in running mechanics, gait analysis and corrective exercise programming to help improve biomechanics and running performance. He also has post-rehab clinical strength and conditioning experience, working with individuals recovering from various orthopedic surgeries, dealing with various postural distortions and chronic pain. Jake focuses on utilizing corrective functional exercise to promote joint and muscle health.

Nicolas Mendivil

Through participating in more than 10 triathlons in both sprint and Olympic distance over the past three years, this sport has become Nicolas’ passion. He competed in collegiate club nationals and age group nationals, but the sport always left him wanting more. Nicolas got into triathlons because he’s always looking for new ways to challenge himself, and there is always room for improvement and new challenges to tackle. He recently completed a marathon and is planning of doing a half-Ironman distance triathlon next summer.

As a personal trainer and triathlete, Nicolas is aware of how hard it can be to find time to fit strength training into the calendar of workouts. With determination and passion, it is doable. Nicolas is here to show you how YOU can do it and how the appropriate training can help you in your sport and your overall health.

Danielle Hoguet photo

Danielle Hoguet

Danielle's fascination with movement and the human body started at a young age when she immersed herself in the world of dance. Dance injuries led her to physical therapy, and her desire to find a new practice to fill her heart and soul led her to yoga.

As a yoga instructor, she believes in creating a strong foundational knowledge of alignment, along with fluidity of breath and body. Her experience as a physical therapist allows her to guide students through a safe practice and accommodate any injuries, restrictions or conditions.

She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico, and she is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
