Our Classes

Cycling Classes

Our cycle classes offer you two different experiences. Take an “Endurance Ride” to help you train for outdoor cycling, or enjoy a “Rhythm Ride” where it’s all about the pumping beat of the music.

Our instructors use our new ICG power monitors to coach by color and keep you in the zone. The color zones correlate to your power-watts and monitor your effort for the best customized results.

"Endurance Ride" Cycling

Our “Endurance Ride” instructors are experienced cyclists and will push you to your limits to increase performance with timed intervals and resistance variance. It’s about proper technique, building strength and proper recovery to improve your skills for outdoor recreational riding or competitive racing.

Space is limited, and reservations are required. Reservations are free and can be made online using the button below. Don’t know how to reserve a bike? Please review our bike reservation tutorial.
