Our Classes

Cycling Classes

We offer classes for everyone from beginners to competitive riders. Our cycling classes are challenging, fun and one of the best ways to burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness.


General Cycling

For those individuals looking for a killer cardio and strength workout, cycling is for you! Participants will cycle on a stationary bike to music while the instructor takes each person through all types of training including intervals, jumps, runs, sprints and climbs. Classes are open to all fitness levels.

Cycling Functional Threshold Power (FTP) Test

We have new spin bikes with new power monitors! The Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test helps measure your fitness and establish your five colored training zones. Once your FTP is determined, you are assigned the five zones to accurately coach your effort for the best customized results in any and all cycle classes we offer. Learn how to determine your color zones for the most challenging ride every time!

Yoga & Pilates Classes

Yoga helps harmonize your mind, body and spirit. Our various yoga classes emphasize strength, focus, flexibility, emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Our pilates classes are designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance for the entire body.


General/Mat Pilates

Pilates is a systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns that strengthens and lengthens muscles of the body with the primary focus being the muscles of the core and lower back. Our Pilates classes are designed around the students attending that particular day and can consist of a Mat Pilates or more traditional Pilates.

Hatha Yoga

This class is for participants who prefer a slower, more meditative and restorative practice. Hatha yoga includes all the physical styles of yoga. It is a branch of the yoga tree, not a style. This class will introduce you to various breathing exercises and postures that begin to open the body.

Power Yoga

This class is designed for participants who have been practicing yoga for some time and are familiar with a number of different poses and the terminology. Terminology includes: Downward Dog, Pigeon, Crow, Ujjayi, Bow, Plough, Bridge, Mountain, Triangle and Upward Facing Dog. We strongly encourage you to not attend this class if you are new to yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. In this class, you will move through your breath in a number of challenging power poses that will leave your body and mind feeling re-energized.

Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga

Have you practiced vinyasa yoga before? Are you looking for a challenge to help you advance your skills? This class will feature more advanced progressions and movements.

Yoga Sculpt

Weight lifting meets yoga! Combining free weights and cardio with power yoga, this class helps you build strength, tone and lean out muscles, increase your cardio endurance and boost your metabolism. Set to upbeat music, intensify your power yoga practice with the addition of free weights and strength training exercises like lunges, bicep curls, pushups, squats and core with short cardio bursts. Bring plenty of water, a towel and your yoga mat. Weights are be provided.

Dance (Fitness) Classes

Take the work out of workout with these high-energy classes that combine dance and aerobic movements with energizing music in a fun atmosphere. Get a total body workout combining all elements of fitness: cardio, conditioning, balance and flexibility.


Hip Hop

Learn one routine step by step with this fun calorie burner that will make you feel like part of a dance crew! No dance experience is required.

Oula is a high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy and total inspiration!

This workout is disguised as a dance party! The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, meringue, mambo, martial arts, Bollywood and belly dancing to get your heart pumping!

Cardio & Strength Classes

Get your blood pumping, muscles burning and put a smile on your face! Our classes focus on the entire body and with cardio workouts, strength workouts or a mixture of both.


Ab Blast

Join us for a fast, core-crushing workout designed to tone, build and strengthen your abdominal muscles.

Bench Blast

Don’t have the time to do both cardiovascular exercise and resistance training? This class is for you. This class combines the classic step class with weights. You will leave the class feeling great because you got both your weights and cardio done in 60 minutes.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

High intensity interval training (HIIT) involves short very high-intesity intervals paired with slower intervals to recover. If you are looking to improve performance and participate in a great cardio workout, this class is for you!

Power Hour

Pick up the bar, and get to work! Power Hour targets all your major muscles groups using compound exercises with one of the most effective pieces of equipment: the barbell. This ultimate strength class focuses on burning fat, gaining muscle and getting you into shape fast!

Turbo Kick

This fat-blasting, ab-defining workout combines kickboxing, body weight exercises and heart-pounding dance music to improve overall strength and cardiovascular endurance.
