Group Fitness

The Coors Fitness Center offers a variety of group fitness and training classes for members and DU students throughout the year.


Group Fitness Classes

Led by enthusiastic, certified instructors, group fitness classes are a great way to enrich your workout and achieve your fitness goals. Group fitness classes are free with a Coors Fitness Center membership.

Classes include:

  • Cycling
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Cardio
  • Dance (Zumba, Oula, etc.)

Small-Group Training

Our new Small Group Training classes offer more intense and specific fitness training, similar to a group personal training session or boot camps. These classes are for members looking for a new challenge or more intense workout.

Classes include:

  • TRX
  • Winter/summer training
  • Treadmill training
  • Varsity athletics strength and conditioning
