Les Mills Free OnDemand Classes

Our friends at Les Mills have announced the immediate access to an on-demand library of content during this time. This collection of workouts requires minimal or no equipment and includes some of their signature classes like Body Attack, Body Combat, Grit, & more!

Join our enthusiastic certified instructors for one of our more than 50 weekly group fitness classes — most of them free for Coors Fitness Center members and full-time DU students. Held in our recently upgraded fitness or cycling studios, our classes will enrich your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals.

NEW AND IMPROVED CYCLING STUDIO NOW OPEN!

We’ve upgraded the cycling experience at the Coors Fitness Center and moved into our new home, the ASCENT: Indoor Cycling Studio!

Cycle by Color

We’ve enhanced our cycling classes with the Indoor Cycling Group© Cycle by Color system. It’s a fun and power-based coaching tool to help you maximize your workout and reach your goals faster.

The studio upgrade includes the installation of a TV monitor that will interact with the Cycle by Color system, displaying leaderboards, team points, battles or scenic views to go along with the class.

ICG© App

Get ready for Cycle by Color classes by downloading the ICG© Training app today. Record, save and track your rides by pairing the app to your bike. The app also provides workouts for you to follow along with on your own if you can’t make it to a class.

Due to the University’s response to COVID-19, classes are canceled effective March 13 and until further notice. For the latest information surrounding COVID-19 and the University of Denver, please visit du.edu/coronavirus.

The Division of Athletics & Recreation is excited to partner with DU Human Resources & Inclusive Community (HRIC) to offer free wellbeing classes exclusively for University of Denver Faculty and Staff!

Classes will be held on a weekly basis and are open to all Faculty and Staff (with or without Coors Fitness Center memberships).

WANT TO ATTEND?


Please check in at the Coors Fitness Center front desk (or at the Evans Chapel for Meditation classes). Space is limited; we encourage you to arrive early.

Participants can use the DU campus shuttle via the TripShot app for transportation to the Coors Fitness Center. More information about TripShot is available online.
