Small-Group Training Classes

If you are looking to change your workout or pick up your pace, try out one of our Small-Group Training classes. These small group workouts provide instruction from a personal trainer one or two times per week for a month, and focus on specific skills or fitness goals. The number of participants in each classes is limited.

Holiday Hurt (HIIT)
