Membership Status Change
Complete this form to change the status of your membership. All changes require 30 days’ notice.
The prorated membership and initiation fee difference (if any) will be charged to your account when we process your requested change.
Membership Status Change Form
You can place your membership on hold for a maximum of two months per calendar year by completing this form.
All hold requests require 30 days’ notice. If you have an annual membership, we’ll extend your member expiration date by an amount equal to your hold request. If you have a month-to-month membership, we’ll either prorate your account or cease automatic withdrawals for the hold period.

If you wish to cancel your Coors Fitness Center membership, please contact our Business Operations Manager at 303-871-4797 or complete the form below. Please remember: You must give us 30 days’ notice for all membership cancellations. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
