I have been a personal trainer at the Coors Fitness Center for more than 10 years, and I love it! My favorite clients are those who are motivated, hard-working and already understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. If you need to be coaxed, begged or bribed to work hard, I am not the trainer for you! I’m here to have fun, too!

I focus on injury prevention, measurable improvements and, therefore, results. My clients may not look forward to seeing me, but at the end of our hour together they will be healthy enough to return for the next one, feel the effects of their hard work and will be glad they came.

I have a passion for health and fitness, and for helping people achieve their ultimate goal(s). I’m a “you are stronger than you think” type of trainer who will push you to your limits and enjoy watching you accomplish something you didn’t think you could do.

Being fit is is about waking up in the morning, feeling good about yourself and knowing that you are strong enough to handle your life. Spending time at the gym is time invested in future life adventures. Whether you are looking to improve your health, enhance performance or just be fit, I can provide a fun and challenging program that will help you reach those goals. I can help you reach goals for both a healthier lifestyle, and I can help competitive athletes with individualized training. Do something every day that challenges your mind and body.

I believe that fitness is a lifelong commitment and pursuit. Exercise should be incorporated into a daily routine that makes living a healthy life pleasurable and easy, and full of exuberance. Incorporating exercise will improve balance and flexibility; enhance muscle performance and function; increase strength, speed and agility; and boost your explosive power. As in most things worth having, physical health requires a certain blend of discipline and sweat, but the outcome far exceeds the effort.

Let me help you in your pursuit for a healthy and hearty lifestyle. I offer you advice, motivation, encouragement and laughter on your journey to a healthier happier you!
