Personal training can take your workout to the next level, whether it’s increasing the intensity of your workout, achieving consistency or getting back into a routine.

GET STARTED WITH PERSONAL TRAINING

All personal training sessions at the Coors Fitness Center are customized to your specific fitness needs in a safe and effective environment.

Use your sessions to focus on:

  • Learning new exercises and how to use equipment
  • Weight loss and nutrition
  • Sport performance and rehab
  • General strength and conditioning
  • or something all your own!

Personal Training Sessions

Solo Sessions

Let us personalize your training experience with custom packages. You can build your own training package, choosing the number of sessions and how long each workout will be (30 minutes or 60 minutes).

Buddy Sessions

Join a couple of your friends for a personalized group training experience. Choose between eight and 12 sessions with one of our certified personal trainers.

Introductory Training Package

New to personal training? Take advantage of our Introductory Training Package!

This one-time offer will help you learn new exercises and become more comfortable with the Coors Fitness Center. We’ll work with you to customize your experience to help you reach your fitness goals.

The Introductory Personal Training package is a one-time offer available to new personal training clients at a discounted rate, which includes three one-hour personal training sessions.

My favorite clients are those who are motivated, hard-working and already understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. If you need to be coaxed, begged or bribed to work hard, I am not the trainer for you! I’m here to have fun, too!

I focus on injury prevention, measurable improvements and, therefore, results. My clients may not look forward to seeing me, but at the end of our hour together they will be healthy enough to return for the next one, feel the effects of their hard work and will be glad they came.

I enjoy designing personalized programs for different clients in the aspects of strength, stability, endurance, mobility and power to achieve their respective goals and attain a healthy lifestyle. I keep your heart rate pumped and motivated throughout training. I emphasize on using and feeling the right muscles for the right exercise to lower the risk of injury and increase training efficiency.

You can expect from me a lot of energy, encouragement and motivation. I am the person who pushes you to perform beyond your own limit because it is only the limit that you set for yourself.

I’ve been an athlete all my life and have seen first-hand the benefits of focused dedication to a common goal. I also enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing my clients reap the benefits of their hard work and our efforts as a team.

I have clients of all ages and from all walks of life. Whether you are looking to reach the next level of competitive athletics or to improve your overall health through fitness, I will work with you to develop a plan and adjust goals as you progress to the next level.

I will help you set a plan to help you continually improve your health, setting new goals as your strength and capabilities improve. I will push you to stay focused on your plan and add in new challenges to keep you moving forward.

Whatever your current fitness level may be, remember that it’s just a starting point, and everything we accomplish from there is a step forward toward the goals that we set. You are stronger than you think, and my focus as your trainer is to help you prove that to yourself.

I come from an athletic and martial arts background. I’m very patient and humble, and I believe in honesty, integrity, self control, discipline and perseverance. I never give up and will go the extra mile to make my clients happy and succeed.

My clients should expect a highly motivated, supportive coach who adapts to any fitness level with a wide variety of training abilities. I ease my clients into their training program to ensure their safety and comfort.

My training philosophy is starting with the fundamentals and building off them. Once the fundamentals have been achieved, I start throwing in new challenges to keep my clients guessing. I believe that hard work pays off and never goes unnoticed.

I focus on functional training and keeping your workout engaging to minimize rest and keep your heart rate up for maximal fat burning. I am a huge advocate for recovery. If you work hard, you need to recover hard.

My clients can expect an encouraging friend who pushes them to the best version of themselves and can use me as a resource for any fitness questions or gym inspiration!
