I focus on injury prevention, measurable improvements and, therefore, results. My clients may not look forward to seeing me, but at the end of our hour together they will be healthy enough to return for the next one, feel the effects of their hard work and will be glad they came.

It is a privilege to be able to assist people in achieving their fitness goals. When you work with me, we will set up goals for you and then create a plan on how to get there. I understand people are in different places in their journey, which is why all of my training programs are personalized to fit you and your goals.

You can expect a program that is progressive in nature, combining different forms of exercise. Typically, we will start with mobility and technique to make sure everything is ready to go before increasing the intensity or delving into different modes of exercise.

I am a big proponent of the mind/body connection and try to incorporate both aspects into your training. I have a background in athletics and holistic wellness. So whether you are an athlete trying to take your game to the next level or someone looking to take control of your health, I would love to work with you.

The human body is designed to be pain free and move well. Throughout training, we often forget that fitness and performance should not come at the price of pain and injury. I place a high emphasis on increasing physical performance all while resolving pain, preventing injury and getting you to move better. I will get you moving better than you ever thought possible, and we will have fun along the way!

My strength and passion stems from connecting with individuals to find their true motivation and coaching them to achieve your personal best (whatever that means for you). I am truly honored by each and every person who lets me be a part of their fitness journey, and never take that responsibility for granted.

I’m a self-proclaimed spaz and goof ball, and I believe exercise should be both effective and fun. Don’t be alarmed if you see me dancing, singing or cracking a joke to help channel my positive energy. My philosophy is that we work harder when we are enjoying ourselves (Research shows that, too.), so I strive to create an environment that’s non-intimidating, accessible, motivational and fun for all. Don’t be fooled by my “sunnee” disposition, though. The top feedback I receive from my clients is, “I never thought I could work that hard,” and the results always follow.
