Small Group Programs are led by our certified personal trainers and are limited to no more than 10 people per class.
Our trainers will lead you through classes held two or three times a week for four-to-six weeks while working toward a final goal at the end of the series.

Boot Camp: January 21 – February 17
Olympic Lifting: January 22 – February 14
Increase your performance by improving your motor control, strengthening your movements and developing power. Accomplish introductory motor stability exercises for the ankles, legs and total core while progressing to functional movements with weight. The four-week program will end on a focus of developing power into movements and exercises.
Week 1 (January 21): Stabilization
Week 2 (January 28): Strength
Week 3 (February 4): Strength & Endurance
Week 4 (February 11): Power
JANUARY 21 – FEBRUARY 17
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Tuesdays & Fridays: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Sundays: 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Participants choose their trainer and whether to attend either two or three sessions per week.

If you have never done Olympic lifting or want to improve and learn proper technique to get stronger and prevent injury, than this four-week program is for you! Learn Olympic and powerlifting techniques while developing a training plan for your future.

Week 2 (January 29): Foundations, Power Lifts with High Volume
Week 3 (February 5): Full Olympic Lifts, Other Foundational Movement
Week 4 (February 12): Workout Design, Long-Term Goals
