At the start of each year, many people have similar New Year’s resolutions: I’m going to eat healthier foods. I’ll be more organized. I’m going to save more money. I’m going to spend more time with family. I’m going to work out more. As the year goes on, many of us lose sight of these resolutions and fall back into old patterns. But what if we didn’t?

In 2014, DU Athletics & Recreation is committed to helping our members and families achieve a healthier lifestyle and have the following resources available:

  • Download a weekly meal planner and pre-plan your weekly shopping trip. This tool can help prevent picking up extra items at the store and is a fun family activity.
  • Work out at the Coors Fitness Center. Our members have access to Little Pioneer Place, which provides on-site child care while you work out. Or register your child for one of our youth programs and work out during their lessons (you’ll save 10% on your registrations if you’re a Coors Fitness Center member!).
