Yoga
The Coors Fitness Center is hosting an Intro to Yoga class this Saturday, July 20. All Coors Fitness Center members are invited to join the class for free!

This one-time workshop aims to introduce beginners to and teach the basics of yoga. It will be held from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. in Studio A/B with yoga instructor Kara.
