Q: How often do you visit the Coors Fitness Center?

“Seven days a week.”

Q: What is your favorite workout?

“I’m torn between spinning and weight training. My body prefers spinning, but my mind prefers weight training. I’ve been doing it for 40 years now.”

Q: What do you like best about the Coors Fitness Center?

“There’s a variety of quality equipment, and I like being around the youth. I like being around the young people.”

Q: Have you ever taken a group fitness class here?

“Yeah. I’ve taken spin classes for years, but I’ve been plagued with injuries and surgeries.”

Q: What is your favorite recreational activity to do outside of the Coors Fitness Center?

“Ride, followed closely by late night walks.”

Q: Anything else you’d like to share with us?

“I appreciate that they attempt to keep the facility clean and organized, and they try to keep the equipment maintained.”
