Cardio Tennis: No need to be a tennis expert to get in a fun cardio workout throughout the month
When: 7-8 a.m., Monday, August 5 and 26, and Wednesday, August 7 and 28
Tennis Stroke Clinic & Analysis: Work on your tennis game with trainer Julie Wienski
When: 5-6 p.m., Monday, August 5
Meet & Greet: Find a tennis partner and socialize with fellow members at Stapleton Tennis Pavilion
When: 6-7 p.m., Monday, August 5
Tennis Tournament: Compete in the beginner or competitive draws against your fellow members. Everyone is guaranteed three matches!

Varsity Women’s Soccer vs. Colorado College: Cheer on the Denver Pioneers as they take on rivals Colorado College
When: 7:30 p.m., Friday, August 23
Varsity Men’s Soccer vs. New Mexico: Cheer on the Denver Pioneers as they take on one of the best teams in the nation
When: 7 p.m., Saturday, August 24
Member-Guest Day: Bring a friend to the Coors Fitness Center on Saturday, August 31, for free
August Fitness Challenge
Compete to see how many tennis balls you can juggle!
Testing is available every day during regular hours in August. See the front desk or any personal trainer to be tested! You may enter new scores as many times as you’d like, and your final entry will be your highest total submitted by August 31. A leader board will be posted and updated at the end of every week on the TV screens next to the front desk.
In addition to the monthly events and fitness challenge, a weekly schedule is posted at the Coors Fitness Center front desk with a list of all activities and classes open to members for each day of the week. The schedule can also be viewed online at ritchiecenter.du.edu/dailycalendar.
