The Coors Fitness Center is excited to introduce events every month exclusively for Coors Fitness Center members!
Every month, members will be invited to attend special classes, activities, events and more, beginning with July.
July Member Events
Hot Yoga: Our regular yoga group fitness class at 11 a.m. on Mondays goes outside this month
Carillon Summer Concert Series: Join us for a DU campus tradition for the summer carillon concerts on Sunday, July 14 and 28 at 7 a.m.
Intro to Yoga clinic: Get to know the basics of yoga with our workshop on Saturday, July 20, from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
Member Barbeque: Grab lunch before or after your workout on Monday, July 22, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Member-Guest Day: Bring a friend to the Coors Fitness Center on Saturday, July 27, for free
July Fitness Challenge
Compete against your fellow Coors Fitness Center members in a different fitness challenge every month. This month, see how many burpees you can complete in a minute!
Testing is available every day during regular hours in July. See the front desk or any personal trainer to be tested! You may enter new scores as many times as you’d like, and your final entry will be your highest total submitted by July 31. A leader board will be posted and updated at the end of every week on the TV screens next to the front desk.
In addition to the monthly events and fitness challenge, a weekly schedule will be posted at the Coors Fitness Center front desk with a list of all activities and classes open to members for the week. The weekly schedule can also be viewed online at ritchiecenter.du.edu/dailycalendar.
