The University of Denver’s Club Sports and Alpine Club programs, housed at the Ritchie Center, were chosen as one of six projects on the University campus to be featured in the University Advancement’s DUGood new crowdfunding platform that launched this fall!
Club Sports and Alpine Club set a goal of raising $10,000 within a 45 day span and are just over 50% towards their goal, with a week left!
DU Student Programs provide opportunities for students to bridge sporting interests with leadership development and teamwork through active lifestyles. There are currently 31 active clubs on campus. In addition to Club Sports, the Alpine Club serves as the University of Denver’s longest-running and largest individual club, founded in 1928. The club helps a strong collection of outdoor enthusiasts, beginners to expers, to find their place here at DU. With more than 300 members and 20 trips to choose from throughout the year, Alpine Club is our student’s ticket to the oudoors!
