NEW IN 2019: Join our certified personal trainers for focused workouts in our new Small Group Programs! Over the course of four-to-six weeks, trainers will lead groups of no more than 10 people in workouts targeted at achieving a specific goal.

Programs Beginning in January

Boot Camp

January 21 – February 17 (Varying days/times of the week)
Improve your motor control, strengthen your movements and develop power

Olympic Training

January 22 – February 14 (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 p.m.)
Learn and/or improve your techniques and strength in Olympic lifting
