This January’s 12 week Transformation Challenge, begins next Monday, January 9!
The challenge, running through March 31, includes pre check-in and post check-ins, with weekly workout emails from Fitness Programs Manager, Zach Ganger. Workout suggestions will be provided, but your workout schedule is up to you.
The winner of the challenge will be determined by largest percentage of body fat decrease from pre check-in to post check-in, and the top male and female winner will win an iPod! The challenge costs $20. Sign up online today!
