Shuttle Run
Push Jacks to Shuttle Run: 20 reps
Taps (Each Leg) to Shuttle Run: 10 reps
Half Climbers (Each Leg) to Shuttle Run: 10 reps
Happy Taps (Each Leg) to Shuttle Run: 10 reps
180 Squat Jumps to Shuttle Run: 5 Reps
Forward & Back Quick Jumps to Shuttle Run: 10 reps
Opposite Leg/Arm Reaches to Shuttle Run: 10 reps
Quick Cross to Shuttle Run: 20 reps
Washing Machine to Shuttle Run: 5 Reps
Side Shuffle Shuttle Run
In and Out Shuttle Run

Skills Challenge for Forwards/Defense

Complete this challenge for six days.

  • Equipment needed:
    • Hockey gloves
    • Hockey stick (preferably an outdoor stick)
    • Pucks, a stickhandling ball or a golf ball
  • Using a hockey floor and pucks is preferred, if available.

Stickhandling & Toe Touches: Five sets of 30 seconds
Flip Catches: Five sets of 10 reps
3 Gates: Five sets of 30 seconds
4 Puck “X”: Five sets of 30 seconds
4 Puck Circle: Five sets of 30 seconds
Between Legs: Five sets of 30 seconds
Toe Drags: Five sets of 30 seconds
One Leg Hop Stickhandling: Five sets of 30 seconds
Around the World: Five sets of 30 seconds
Wrist Shots: 100 shots
Backhand Shots: 100 shots
