Complete this challenge for six days.

  • Complete a total of four times.
  • Rest for no more than two minutes in between exercises.

In/Out Taps Sideways (each side)
In/Out Forward (then try backward)
Hop Scotch
Tap & Twist (each side)
Crossover Step Sprint (each side)
Backward to Forward Sprint (both ways)
Karaoke Shuffle (each side)
Spring Start to Sprint (each leg)
4 Cone In & Out (up and back = one): 15 reps
Quick Step Low Knees
Forward to Backward Sprint (both ways)
Face Front Transition Sprint (each side)

How many puck catches can you do?

  • Catches must be on the blade of the stick.
  • You must have your top hand in the proper stickhandling position.
    • Do not move it down for better control.
    • You can only adjust your bottom hand.
  • Goalies can also do it (and have a bigger advantage because of the bigger paddle).
