Join the Coors Fitness Center’s Les Mills instructors as we launch this season’s classes!

Every quarter, Les Mills releases new music and choreography, and you can experience them October 7-9, 2019, in our GRIT™, SPRINT™ and BODYPUMP™ classes. It’s your first chance to try the new moves, new tunes and new challenges in this quarter’s classes.

This quarter’s launch classes will be:

BODYPUMP™

Monday, October 7 – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 8 – 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday, October 9 – 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 9 – 4:30 p.m.

GRIT™

Monday, October 7 – 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, October 9 – 5:30 p.m.

SPRINT™

Tuesday, October 8 – 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday, October 8 – 6:00 p.m.

Les Mills Challenge

While you enjoy the fall 2019 Les Mills launch, compete for prizes as you improve your fitness with the Les Mills Challenge. The participants with the highest fat percentage loss and the most lean mass gained will win prizes.

The challenge begins October 7-9 with baseline InBody tests. Attend our Les Mills and other fitness classes for the next month before a second InBody test on November 13-15 to determine the winners.

Cost & Registration
Early Bird Registration (ends October 2): $15
Regular Registration (October 3-9): $30

The entry fee includes two InBody tests (a $40-50 value), a t-shirt, Les Mills workout suggestions and calorie intake suggestions based on your individual goals.
