New to the Ritchie Center and the Coors Fitness Center this summer is the Youth Sport Performance program! Participants will focus on developing speed, agility, strength, power and flexibility in age-appropriate ways. Coach Jake Renaud, a certified personal trainer at the Coors Fitness Center, will integrate thoughtful training to help beginner athletes, multi-sport athletes and specific-sport athletes improve their physical fitness.

The Youth Sport Performance program is a four-week program, and participants can choose to attend sessions once, twice or three times a week.

Dates & Times

All ages meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. The first set of sessions will be held June 5-30.

Youth (ages 8-11): 9:15-10:30 a.m.
Development (ages 12-14): 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Competitive (ages 15 and older): 12:15-1:30 p.m.

Cost & Registration

Once/week: $80
Twice/week: $120
Three times/week: $150

About Coach Jake

Coach Jake Renaud is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer at the Coors Fitness Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in sport psychology from the University of New Hampshire.

He enjoys working with youth to develop fundamental aspects of athletic movement while creating a fun, goal-oriented environment focused on personal growth and engagement. His areas of expertise include power and Olympic lifting, youth sport performance and conditioning, triathlon and endurance training, and post-rehab training.
