Step up your training game or focus more on integrating wellness programs into your routine with our new Premium Programs, coming to the Coors Fitness Center in September. These classes are offered weekly or bi-weekly for four-to-six weeks at a time and will be specific, practical and very focused. All are taught by our in-house experts and personal trainers.
More than 15 classes are schedule, many beginning in September. Among the programs starting soon are Yoga for Beginners, Train for a 5K, Nutrition to a Better You and many more.
