Join the Coors Fitness Center’s Les Mills instructors as we launch this season’s classes!

Every quarter, Les Mills releases new music and choreography, and you can experience them March 9-13, 2020, in select GRIT™, SPRINT™ and BODYPUMP™ classes. It’s your first chance to try the new moves, new tunes and new challenges in this quarter’s classes.

This quarter’s launch classes will be:

BODYPUMP™

Monday, March 9 – 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 11 – 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 11 – 4:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 12 – 6:00 p.m.

Friday, March 13 – 11:30 a.m.

GRIT™

Wednesday, March 11 – 5:30 p.m.

SPRINT™

Tuesday, March 10 – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 12 – 12:00 p.m.
