The Coors Fitness Center summer group fitness schedule begins Tuesday, May 30 and runs through Sunday, September 3. Check out the new schedule online!
Fridays will offer a brand new Yoga and Mindfulness class. Participants who come to this class will enjoy not only the physical benefits from a traditional Vinyasa cass, but will also enjoy a 10 to 15 minute period of mindfulness at the conclusion of their practice that will help prepare them for the rest of the day.
