Coors Fitness Center members and full-time DU students are invited to give our new Hip Hop fitness class a try!
Fitness Programs Manager Gwenda Hansen will host two Hip Hop classes that will be free to CFC members and full-time students. During the class, participants will learn a step-by-step routine, and no previous dance experience is necessary! The class is a fun calorie-burning exercise designed to make you feel like you’re part of a dance crew.
