One of the latest fitness crazes has come to the Coors Fitness Studio, and now’s your chance to check it out for yourself!

PIO-FIT is a strength and conditioning program of constantly varied high intensity, functional movement. Participants combine a variety of movements to help improve their overall fitness. Movements may include jump roping, weight lifting, pull-ups, kettle bells, TRX and body weight exercises.

The new PIO-FIT studio open this month in the Coors Fitness Center, and members have a chance to try the equipment out during open houses beginning January 17. Upcoming open house dates include:
