General Cycling

Description: For those individuals looking for a killer cardio and strength workout, cycling is for you! Participants will cycle on a stationary bike to music while the instructor takes each person through all types of training including intervals, jumps, runs, sprints and climbs. Classes are open to all fitness levels.

When can I take this class?

Mondays from 6:00-7:00 a.m. | Instructor: Dave Stevens

Mondays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. | Instructor: Eric Short

Mondays from 6:00-7:00 p.m. | Instructor: Audrey Moreno

Tuesdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. | Instructor: Tim Buese

Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. | Instructor: Nicole Durie

Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 p.m. | Instructor: Colleen Reilly

Thursdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. | Instructor: Annie Hoskinson

Fridays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. | Instructor: Eric Short
