Fun Facts

  • Four new events in freestyle skiing, including men’s and women’s ski halfpipe and slopestyle, have been added to the Olympic Games program in Sochi.
  • The freestyle events include: moguls, aerials, skicross, halfpipe and slopestyle.
  • The first events in freestyle mogul were included in the program of the Olympic Games of 1992 in Albertville.

Hannah Kearney, Freestyle Skiing – Moguls

Squats: 60-80 reps

Wall sits: 10 sets of four reps (holding for 15 seconds, then resting for 15 seconds)

*Added challenge: hold for two minutes, or try to beat Hannah’s record of five minutes!
