Daily Workouts Banner Keep fit with a different work out every day from our staff! Here are the daily workouts for April 14-20, 2014.

We always recommend that you stretch and complete a five-minute warm-up before and a five-minute cool-down after every workout.

MONDAY, APRIL 14 – Treadmill Running Workout

From personal trainer Jill Barghelame

Details: Change your speed as needed:

Repeat four times:

  • 7 MPH: 2.5 minutes
  • 3.7 MPH: 30 seconds

Easy jog: 2 minutes

Repeat two times:

  • 6 MPH: 1 minute
  • 6.5 MPH: 1 minute
  • 7 MPH: 1 minute
  • 6.5 MPH: 1 minute
  • 6 MPH: 1 minute

TUESDAY, APRIL 15 – Total Bodyweight Challenge

Details: Complete 10-20-30-40-50 reps of each exercise–completing all reps for each exercise before moving on to the next set:

  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Lunges
  • Sit-ups

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16 – Timed Workout

Details: Complete each exercise for one minute until you complete the circuit, then repeat:

  • Jog in place OR Jump rope
  • Front shoulder raises: Use weights
  • Bicep curls
  • Overhead tricpe extensions
  • Push-ups
  • Mountain climbers
  • Side shoulder raises
  • Reverse flies
  • Reverse crunches

THURSDAY, APRIL 17 – 6 Round Workout

Details: Complete six sets of the following:

  • Sprint: 1 minute
  • Push-ups: Max number

FRIDAY, APRIL 18 – BOSU Workout

Details: Complete 10 sets of 10 reps:

  • BOSU burpees
  • BOSU snap ups: 10 on each side
  • Pull downs
  • Lunge switch jumps, lunge jumps OR squat jumps: Alternate each set

SATURDAY, APRIL 19 – Circuit 70

Details: Complete three sets:

  • Knee jumps: 5 reps
  • Lunge switch jump: 5 reps
  • Pull downs: 15 reps
  • Walking push-ups: 5 reps each side
  • Mountain climbers: 5 each side
  • Snap ups: 15 reps each side

SUNDAY, APRIL 20 – 3-20 Workout

Details: Complete 3 sets of 20 reps:

  • Ring dips
  • Pull-ups
  • Kettlebell swings
