Daily Workouts Banner Keep fit with a different work out every day from our staff! Here are the daily workouts for June 10-16, 2013.

We always recommend that you stretch and complete a five-minute warm-up before and a five-minute cool-down after every workout.

MONDAY, JUNE 10 – Chest Day

Details: Complete 3-6 sets of 6-12 reps with one minute rest in between sets:

  • Bench press
  • Chest flies
  • Dumbbell incline press
  • Dips
  • Dumbbell pullover

TUESDAY, JUNE 11 – Full-Body Workout

Details: Complete the 30 reps of the following exercises:

  • Dumbbell snatch
  • Hanging leg lifts
  • Box jumps
  • Pull ups
  • Dips
  • Front squat and press
  • Double unders (on a jump rope)
  • Burpees
  • Walking lunges
  • Sit-ups

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 – 30 Countdown

Details: Complete each exercise for 1 minute, then repeat the set, reducing time by 20 seconds for each set. Repeat twice:

  • Sumo side to side
  • Windsheld wipers (30 seconds)
  • Side planks

THURSDAY, JUNE 13 – Five Round Workout

Details: Start with 30 reps in the first set, then subtract five reps in each following set (30-25-20-15-10-5):

  • Dumbbell incline sit-ups
  • Back extensions
  • Hanging leg lifts
  • Straight leg dead lifts

FRIDAY, JUNE 14 – Upper Abs Power Burn

Details: Complete 5 sets of the following:

  • Run: 1/4 mile
  • Box jumps: 25 reps
  • Wall ball shots: 25 reps

SATURDAY, June 15 – Oblique Power Burn

Details: Complete each exercise for 1 minute, then repeat the set, reducing time by 20 seconds for each set. Repeat twice:

  • Straight leg crunches
  • Legs-up crunches
  • Tell sit-ups (Zipper sit-ups)

SUNDAY, June 16 – BOSU Circuit

Details: Complete 2-3 sets of 20-30 seconds for each exercise with a BOSU ball:

  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • Double crunches
  • Side hops
  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Oblique twists
  • Fast feet
  • Dips
  • Hamstring tilts
  • Mountain climbers
  • Toe taps
