Daily Workouts Banner Keep fit with a different work out every day from our staff! Here are the daily workouts for March 31 – April 6, 2014.

We always recommend that you stretch and complete a five-minute warm-up before and a five-minute cool-down after every workout.

MONDAY, MARCH 31 – Treadmill Interval

Details: Complete 6 sets of the following runs:

  • 5 MPH: 1 minute
  • 6 MPH: 1 minute
  • 7 MPH: 1 minute
  • Rest: 1 minute

TUESDAY, APRIL 1 – 1000 Challenge

Details: Complete a total of 1000 reps with the following activities:

  • Squats: 100 reps
  • Lunges: 100 reps
  • Skaters: 100 reps
  • Crunches: 100 reps
  • Back extensions: 75 reps
  • Push-ups: 75 reps
  • Dead lifts: 75 reps
  • Ski jumps: 75 reps
  • Dips: 50 reps
  • Firemans: 50 reps
  • Russian twists: 50 reps
  • Pull-ups: 50 reps
  • Burpees: 25 reps
  • Inchworms: 25 reps
  • Tuck jumps: 25 reps
  • Plank twists: 25 reps

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2 – 5-10-15 Knockout

Details: Compete the following:

  • Pull-ups: 5 reps
  • Slam balls: 10 reps
  • Box jumps: 15 reps
  • Barbell push-ups: 5 reps
  • Backward rows: 10 reps
  • Medicine ball sit-ups: 15 reps

THURSDAY, APRIL 3 – 10-Round Workout

Details: Complete 10 sets of the following activities:

  • Hang cleans: 10 reps
  • Side lunges: 10 reps each side
  • Assisted pull-ups (wide grip): start with 10 reps the first set, then 9 reps the second set, and so on
  • Hanging leg raises (on elbows): 15 reps
  • Incline press: 10 reps

FRIDAY, APRIL 4 – Abs of Steel

Details: Complete 5 sets:

  • Plank push-ups: 10 reps
  • Crossovers: 10 reps

SATURDAY, APRIL 5 – 1-100-150-200-1 Workout

Details: Complete one set of the following:

  • Row: 1 mile
  • Push-ups: 100 reps
  • Sit-ups: 150 reps
  • Squats: 200 reps
  • Run: 1 mile

SUNDAY, APRIL 6 – 15×15 Workout

Details: Complete as many sets of 15 reps each as possible in 15 minutes:

  • Barbell push-ups
  • Dead lift
  • Box jumps
