Membership and fall quarter trip registration for 2021-22 DU Alpine Club is now open!
Alpine Club is one of the most popular clubs at the University of Denver, and the club is ramping up for the new school year. DUACÂ is the perfect way for students to explore the Rocky Mountains and enjoy numerous activities with fellow students year-round, starting this fall. Among the activities on the schedule for fall quarter are:
- 14er hikes
- Backpacking in Aspen and Crested Butte
- Rock climbing and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and at the Sand Dunes
- Biking in Floyd Hill
- Action sports at Woodward-Copper
This winter, the club will also return to the slopes with ski bus trips to many of Colorado's premier ski resorts. Winter trip schedules will be announced later this fall.
Membership for 2021-22 Alpine Club is now
available online. Members receive priority registration and discount for DUAC trips, as well as their year's DUAC t-shirt and water bottle.
All students -- members and non-members -- must
register for all trips and be
cleared for campus access.
