School Days Off provides all sports equipment (with the exception of hockey pads).

Please send your child with the following:

• a water bottle (labeled with their name)
• tennis shoes
• a properly fitting helmet for ice skating (required for all campers)
• warm clothes for ice skating
• swimsuit and towel for swimming
• sunscreen (with permission form if you will be providing your own sunscreen and not utilizing the sunscreen provided by School Days Off)
• a packed lunch

We will provide a schedule for each day of camp so you can plan ahead.

-Refund is requested 7 or more days prior to the School Days Off date: Full refund is given.
-Refund is requested 2-6 days prior to the School Days Off date: Household account is issued a 75% refund credit, which can count toward future programming.
-Refund is requested within 2 days (within 48 hours) of the School Days Off date: No refund or credit will be given, unless emergency circumstances arise (the emergency must be supported by documentation).

If your child is asked to leave camp due to disciplinary reasons, you will not receive a refund or credit.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Please make checks payable to the University of Denver.

Credit card is the only payment method accepted when paying over the phone.

Once you have completed your School Days Off registration, you can complete the health profile in Camp Doc.

***If you participated in P.A.S.S. Camp 2023 we will access your child's completed CampDoc record before each School Days Off program. You do not need to re-submit unless there have been changes since summer.

If you would like to confirm receipt of your paperwork, please call the P.A.S.S. Camp office at 303-871-3908.

You may call the Youth Activities Manager at 303-871-3908 and inform them of your child's absence from camp. If a doctor's note is provided, you will be credited for the week your child is absent from camp due to illness.

School Days Off check in and check out is located in Gates Field House. Parking is available in Lot T (located under the tennis courts on Asbury Ave.) and requires a permit. Parking permits will be emailed to campers the week before camp. School Days Off staff will be on-site to assist with drop off and pick up.

Campers are grouped together by age. Depending on enrollment, there may be larger age ranges in specific groups. We may not be able to accommodate siblings or friends in the same group in their ages are too far apart.
